This survey seeks to identify schools and school districts interested in applying for nomination to U.S. Department of Education Green Ribbon Schools (ED-GRS), a federal recognition award. Applicants will also be considered for recognition as California Green Ribbon Schools (CA-GRS) as described on the California Green Ribbon Award Web page. |
Completing this application interest survey is the first step to submitting an application for the 2017-18 ED-GRS award cycle. Beginning on September 6, 2017, schools and districts completing this survey will receive a school or district application to complete online. This survey and the online application period will close at 5:00 P.M. PST on January 12, 2018. |
This survey has twelve fields and should take less than five minutes to complete in a single session. All questions are required, except those noted as optional.
