Welcome to the California Department of Education (CDE) 2021 Classified School Employees of the Year (CSEY) Application (Application).
County offices of education (COE) that would like to submit a nominee for the 2021 CSEY Award must submit a completed Application, including attaching the required documentation, approving the certifications, and providing the appropriate signature, using the Application by Friday, April 16, 2021.
COEs must work with their CSEY County Coordinator to submit Applications. Applications will only be accepted from CSEY County Coordinators.
COEs may submit one nominee for each of the nine Occupational Specialties. COEs must submit a separate Application for each nominee. |
Local educational agencies (LEAs) can print a copy of the Application to collect information for COE submission. In addition to information about the nominee, nominee's supervisor and nominator, and nominee's LEA (school, district, and COE), information will be needed about the nominee's school demographics.
