Welcome to the California Department of Education (CDE) Nutrition Services Division Fluid Milk Requirements for Child Care in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), online course number 847. By completing this course, you will learn about the milk requirements in the CACFP for infants and children in California.
