By completing this course, you will learn about nutrition standards in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and how to plan menus that meet the minimum requirements in California.
This course takes approximately 1 hour to complete. Please allow enough time to complete the course in one sitting. At the end of the course, you will be asked to complete a short evaluation. You will then have access to a printable course certificate of completion for your records. Completion of this course is not recorded until you select Submit on the final screen.
