Welcome to the California Department of Education (CDE) Nutrition Services Division Determining Whole Grain-Rich Items in School Meals Online Training.
By completing this interactive module, you will learn why whole grains are critical to children's health, learn about the whole grain-rich requirements, learn how to identify whole grain-rich products for school breakfast and lunch, and access resources to support the whole grain requirements.
